This lovely combo of MCM, Boho to even Art Deco is such a rare location. The Dock was just built and is made out of only the best materials.
Love this Picturesque View of water. Some of the true vintage accents have been left through out the home. The curves , artfully cement exterior accent walls with a MCM design to the shape of the outdoor pool and beyond.
Long front driveway which adds to the invitation to this Villa. We also have his direct neighbors home which happens to be family related.
Interiors are allowed. At the time the pictures were taken the Villa’s interiors were finishing surface construction.
There is an studio apartment on the second floor above the garages along with a home office.
So peaceful.
